1. Wear them in your everyday life
Your 100 days start when your shoes arrive. Indoor and outdoor wear are both included.
2. Decide how they feel on your feet
If they’re not right for you, email us within 100 days with your order number. We send the return instructions within 2 working days.
3. Return with tracking for your refund
Your purchase-price refund starts once tracking shows the return in transit. Banks usually take 5–10 working days to display it.
Return postage is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. No restocking fee. Email us for the correct return address before posting. Return clean and in the original box where possible. Partial bundle refunds reflect the discounted price paid.

What if I’m between sizes, or order the wrong size?
Measure both feet and match the longer foot to Linden’s chart. If you fall between two measurements, choose the larger size. Select women’s or men’s US sizing above; the EU reference identifies the supplied shoe.
If your pair does not fit, email us. The quickest route is usually a return under the 100-day guarantee and a fresh order; we will tell you if a direct exchange is available. Return postage applies unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item.
Are they soft and cushioned, or more minimal?
Linden has a soft knitted upper and a flat, flexible, low-profile sole. Expect a closer-to-the-ground feel than a thickly cushioned walking shoe.
Start with shorter outings as you get used to the feel. They are casual walking shoes; we do not promise that they will treat a medical condition.
How does the step-in design work?
Set the elastic toggle to your preferred tension, then slide your foot into the step-in heel. The demonstration on this page shows the shoe being put on without using hands.
You can readjust the toggle to suit your fit and socks.
Can I really wear them outdoors and still return them?
Yes. Indoor and outdoor wear are included in the 100-day trial, starting on delivery. Email us within 100 days with your order number to arrange a return.
There is no restocking fee. Return postage is paid by you unless the pair arrived damaged or incorrect. Please return them clean and in the original box where possible.
When do I get my refund?
After arranging the return with us, send the shoes using a tracked service. We start the refund to your original payment method once tracking shows the return is on its way.
Refunds usually appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Can my bundle include different colors and sizes?
Yes. Choose the color and size separately for each pair. You can mix women’s and men’s US sizes in the same order, or choose a second color for yourself.
The price per pair and full bundle total are shown before you add to your bag. If you return part of a bundle, the refund reflects the discounted amount paid for that pair.
How long does US shipping take?
US shipping is free and tracked, with estimated delivery in 4–8 days from your order. Orders ship from our fulfillment partner in China and tracking is sent by email.
What if my shoes arrive damaged or incorrect?
Email us with your order number and photos within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including any return postage for damaged or incorrect items.
Can I wear them in wet weather?
The knitted upper is not advertised as waterproof. Use weather-appropriate footwear for heavy rain or winter conditions.
